Yard notes from recent seasons
14 March 2026: Spring consignment intake at the Cresson pavilion is open earlier this year so farm lots and household goods can be photographed before Easter weekend traffic. Sellers clearing a shed for a move often ask about same-week pickup; we are staging those loads beside the online catalog so bidders see clear photos first.
In September 2025 we tightened preview lighting under the open pavilion after evening estate sales ran later than usual. Buyers hauling furniture home after dark appreciated the brighter lanes between rows.
Through 2024 online bidding volume stayed strong for tools and ranch equipment, which pushed us to keep photo sets consistent lot to lot. That habit still helps when consignors need a van-friendly pickup plan after the sale.
Since autumn 2022 more families have booked living-estate cleanouts that mix auction day with a short move window. We keep ringmen focused on the block while staff help label what stays for transport the next morning.
